Customers are no longer willing to make upfront investments in technology and transformation. This has forced the service providers to rethink their business model and service offerings. In order to unlock the full value, they have responded by offering platform based end-to-end services. Service Providers are using Digital platforms as the value differentiator. Technology is at the core, acting as the enabler. It is with this combination, the Service Providers are able to enhance the user experience and value for their customers. It is increasingly felt that Service Providers, who played their cards right, have an edge over their competitors. The rest are struggling to hold their own space in the market.
