There certainly are a lot of stories — in the news and the blogosphere — about how much legal work is moving from law firms to legal process outsourcing (LPO) providers around the world. There are those who prophesize the end of law firms as we know them (or at least large ones), and those who are just as certain that this is all just a passing fad which will surely be shown to be unsustainable, if not unethical.
